WisePay

WisePay is the College’s secure online payment service, which allows students to make payments using a debit or credit card only for items such as:

• Educational trips and visits
• Bus passes
• Fees (e.g. sports sub and Duke of Edinburgh)
• Purchases from departments (e.g. revision guides, calculators)
• Exam fee payments

Please note: A WisePay account will automatically be set up for students once the student has applied for a place at college. As they are age 16 or over, the account is set up in the student's name only and can only be accessed by the student. To make a payment, click here or on the WisePay logo on the College intranet. There is no need to register in advance.

Please note that there is no facility to pay by cash or cheque for these kinds of payments, unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g. neither parent nor student has a debit or credit card, please contact student services for assistance)

How to log on:

• User name – your student number only e.g. 301000

• Password – first two letters of your last name, THE FIRST letter is a capital and your FULL date of birth numbers only:
